The SUNYCUAD Awards for Excellence Program rewards the very best efforts of our talented and creative professionals. Awards for Excellence are bestowed annually at the educational conference.
Juries with professional experience in institutional advancement determine the winners. The judging is hosted and coordinated by colleagues of our SUNY institutions. We are continuing with our expanded categories and descriptions. We hope this enhanced program will encourage and inspire you to select your best work. We welcome your suggestions for further improving the process.
Please note that we are encouraging entrants to refer to outcomes and assessments in their submissions and to include electronic images which may be used in a special multimedia presentation at the awards ceremony.
If your category is not conducive to visuals, you do not need to submit anything for the awards ceremony's multimedia component, as a standard visual will be created for you. For those categories with a multimedia requirement for entry, please include a CD or DVD in your packet. File formats accepted: PDF, DOC, JPG, TIF, PSD, PNG, EPS. If you are submitting publications, the cover as a PDF would be recommended for the multimedia program. Radio advertisements should be submitted as MP3 or some other standard audio format. Videos should be submitted in any standard video format, including MOV or WMV. Web sites should include a screen shot that is saved as a high resolution JPG, PDF or other standard image format.
