Development (category 1)
Development-related activities that take innovative approaches, demonstrate outstanding success, and model educational fundraising practices are eligible. These may include putting a new twist on a senior gift program, developing new ways to screen alumni, planning a model campaign, encouraging parents to give, increasing corporate sponsorship, or improving a tracking system.
Submit entries in one of the following subcategories:
a) University centers
b) Comprehensive four-year colleges
c) Community, technical, and specialized colleges
Entries must include a brief abstract (maximum of four pages) outlining a concise description of the program; goals and objectives; resources, including budget and staffing; audience; and well-documented results. Explain any unusual circumstances or challenges faced and describe allocation of resources and measures of success. Limit the number of attachments to what is needed to understand your project.
