SUNYCUAD invites you to participate as a vendor at our annual Educational Conference.

Representatives from the 64 State University of New York campuses and SUNY System Administration gather for the annual meeting. Conference attendance reguarly exceeds 200 each year, and attendees at the annual meeting represent all areas of institutional advancement, including public relations, publications, data management, fund raising, marketing, government relations, web development, and alumni affairs.

The vendor fair will take place right outside the meeting rooms, and all conference breaks will be held there with snacks and coffee. This high-traffic space will be perfect for marketing your services and/or products to new SUNY customers or for renewing existing relationships.

Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

$5,000 Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Booth located at premium location

  • Full-page ad in conference program

  • Company logo on the SUNYCUAD conference website

  • Company logo in conference program

  • Company banners in all breakout rooms and gathering places

Vendor Booths

$750 includes the following:

  • 8'x8' booth space at trade show ($500 value) and a ¼ page advertisement in the conference program ($250 value)

  • Additional ¼ page ads are available for $250 each

Advertising

If you cannot attend the SUNYCUAD Conference, you can place an ad in
the conference program.

  • a quarter page advertisement in the conference program is $250

  • a half page advertisement in the conference program is $500

  • a full page advertisement in the conference program is $1,000

Conference: In-Kind Donations

In-Kind Donations for printing, conference supplies or other items are
welcome and donors will be thanked for their support with an
acknowledgement at the conference and in the conference program.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Conference registration, hotel accommodations and meals are not included in the sponsorship rates. We are offering exhibitors conference hotel rates which include both Wednesday and Thursday night accommodations, all meals with the conference participants, and inclusion in all off-site activities.

You can register for the conference at the SUNYCUAD member rate of $295.00 at http://www.sunycuad.org/registration_information

Hotel Accommodations
Rooms have been set aside at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo per night for $129 for a single/double.  Please call: 1-800-233-1234 and use the code “UBAR” when asked if you are part of a conference. If reserving your room online, visit www.hyatt.com and enter Group/Corporate code "G-UBAR" when making your reservation. All room reservations are the responsibility of the individual attendee.  Hotel room fees are not included in the conference registration fee.

Ads in the conference program may be a pdf, Illustrator, or Photoshop file with fonts included or outlined as artwork. Art must be actual size, 300 dpi, four-color, and must not bleed.

Full page is 7.25” x 10” live area.
Half page is 7.25” x 5” live area.
Quarter page is  3.75” x 5” live area.
