SUNYCUAD invites you to participate as a vendor at the 55th annual Educational Conference of the State University of New York Council for University Advancement (SUNYCUAD) to be held June 11-13 at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, NY.

Representatives from the 64 State University of New York campuses and SUNY System Administration will gather for the annual meeting, giving you an opportunity to market your services and/or products to new SUNY customers and to renew relationships with those you already have met. As you probably know, attendees at the annual meeting represent all areas of institutional advancement, including public relations, publications, data management, fund raising, marketing, government relations, web development and alumni affairs. We again anticipate attendance in excess of 200 members.

The Trade Fair portion of the conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, from 2-7:30 p.m., and Thursday, June 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Set-up will begin at 9 a.m. on June 11. Refreshment breaks for conference participants will be conveniently held in the vendors’ exhibit area to assure high traffic volume.

Because of limited exhibit space, please register as soon as possible. See rates below. To secure your spot, complete the Vendor Registration Form (pdf) and return it along with a check made payable to SUNYCUAD to:

Please also email your ad for inclusion in the conference program to steven.frederick@clinton.edu. Ads may be a pdf, Illustrator, or Photoshop file with fonts included or outlined as artwork. Art must be 300 dpi at actual size of 3.75" x 5" for 1/4 page. Information regarding lodging options will be forwarded all vendors who register

If you cannot attend the 2008 SUNYCUAD Conference, you can place an ad in the conference brochure. A quarter-page ad is $250. A half-page ad is $500. A full-page ad is $1,000.

Ads in the conference program may be a pdf, Illustrator, or Photoshop file with fonts included or outlined as artwork. Art must be actual size, 300 dpi, four-color, and must not bleed.

Full page is 7.25” x 10” live area.
Half page is 7.25” x 5” live area.
Quarter page is  3.75” x 5” live area.

In-Kind Donations for printing, conference supplies or other items are welcome
and donors will be thanked for their support with an acknowledgement at the
conference.
